1701 14TH

Large mixed-use project

1701 14th is a renovation/restoration of the historic Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center and adjacent Belmont Garage to create a six-story, 155k SF mixed-use project housing 4 floors of apartments, office space including ongoing Whitman-Walker operations on 2nd floor, and ground floor retail. Renovated and restored as closely as possible to its 1904 Spanish Revival design will be the Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center building at 1701 14th. The project scope includes 80-90 residential units, ground-floor retail, restaurant space(s), underground parking, approx. 60k SF of office space and Whitman-Walker operations on the 2nd floor as well as a ground-floor presence. Residential units are expected to be rental apartments as the Whitman-Walker retains a majority ownership and intends to retain the valuable holding to support its community efforts.

Logan Circle & Dupont Circle Neighborhoods

LOGAN CIRCLE NEIGHBORHOOD

Learn about Logan Circle

Logan Circle is eight blocks of awe-worthy architecture, white-hot 14th Street retail, a sleepy park and active arts community. Logan Circle has gone from chic to shabby and back again, taking real estate values all the way to the top.
DUPONT CIRCLE NEIGHBORHOOD

Learn about Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle has transformed from slaughterhouses and brickyards to real estate gold and it’s still reinventing itself. Metro, dining and shopping, a famed farmer’s market, museums and galleries, embassies, and parks keep Washingtonians and visitors coming back. Stunning historic homes and tree-lined streets make it one of DC’s most coveted neighborhoods.
