AMERICAN UNIVERSITY PARK

NEW CONDOS IN AMERICAN UNIVERSITY PARK

American University Park Development

American University Park has little to offer in the way of new condominium development. Single family home rehabs and the occasional condo conversion account for most of the new housing stock. AU Park is desirable for its school pyramid and stately single family detached homes. The Ladybird is a rare new condominium development. The development is sited on a 120,000 square foot plot bordered by Massachusetts Avenue, Yuma and 48th Streets and includes the Spring Valley Shopping Center, vacated grocery building and some small retail and dining establishments. Two residential buildings, one mixed-use and one solely residential, a grocery and ground floor retail are included in the plan.
