Columbia Heights – Meridian Hill – Park View Development

Columbia Heights has been one of the most active northwest DC neighborhoods in terms of new development over the past decade. Most of the more recent projects have been infill due to neighborhood housing density. Meridian Hill has been undergoing a transformation the past five years with the redevelopment of the 14th Street Corridor along with new development projects in Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan.
