Pittman’s Chapel is the row home component of Morton Street Mews, which replaced the former Trinity A.M.E Zion Church designed by architect William Sidney Pittman (1875-1958) and the adjacent lot later owned by Iglesia Ni Christo Church. Two new construction buildings face each street and two alleyways were created-one for pedestrian use and one for vehicles-between the buildings.
