Georgetown Hillside at 3601-3607 M Street is a planned 21 unit luxury condominium project replacing the Key Bridge Exxon Station in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC. The site, at the base of the hillside on a busy intersection where Key Bridge traffic flows into Georgetown and Palisades, will require careful design due to its position below expensive hillside residences.

Georgetown Hillside Condos Project Overview

Georgetown Hillside plans call for a 21 unit, five-story luxury condominium building offering two 1 bedroom units of approximately 1175 square feet, six 2 bedroom units of approx. 2300 square feet to 3,000 square feet and thirteen 3 bedroom units sized from approx. 1,880 square feet to 4,380 square feet. All include at least two bathrooms. Planned features include private outdoor space, bonus dens and direct elevator access per plan. An allotment of 47 parking spaces with be available per plan, including some tandem spaces. Developers plan amenities such as a roof deck with pool, sun and lounging areas, yoga and fitness center and a wine cellar.

Georgetown Hillside Condos Community Action

According to the terms of The Old Georgetown Act, developers must gain approval from the ANC and board prior to beginning the zoning and permitting processes. Previous plans for the site included a 37 unit, 5 story boutique apartment with retail, offices and hotel, which was rejected by ANC 2E and the Old Georgetown Board and fought by neighbors whose views of the Potomac would have been spoiled by the height and design.
