New Condos and Townhouses in Kalorama

ACTIVE KALORAMA DEVELOPMENT

New Kalorama development is rare, but three projects made it to completion during the past few years. Kalorama’s neighbors, Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle have seen a great deal of residential development over the past decade.
Kalorama is a well-established, luxury neighborhood in northwest Washington DC and one of the few in the District with streets that don’t conform to “The Grid.” The neighborhood incorporates Kalorama Triangle and Sheridan-Kalorama. Kalorama residential includes embassies, stately row houses and detached single family homes, cooperatives, and relatively small number of condominiums, townhouse and apartments.
