Elysium Logan Overview
Offered will be a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom + den floorplans ranging in size from 550 square feet to 2,400 square feet, with the average size being 1,000 square feet.
A total of fifteen one bedroom plans are offered and a single one bedroom plus den pan. The majority of the one bedroom plans are located on the lower level and first floor, with two per floor on floors two through six, all in the center of each floor. There are no one bedroom units on the 7th floor or Penthouse level. One bedroom plans are expected to range in size from 550 square feet to 700 square feet.
A total of seventeen two bedroom and two bedroom plus den units are available. Two bedroom floor plans range in size from approximately 1200 to 1800 square feet, with an average size of 1500 square feet. Two bedroom plus den floor plans are sized from approximately 1800 to 2400 square feet.
Three duplex penthouse units will offer an average of 2,000 square feet of living space, not including their private outdoor decks, which are accessed by spiral stairs. Seven of the project’s units will feature private elevator access.
Buyers will be able to select optional upgrades to finishes.
First floor units are slightly elevated above street level. Rear balconies (per plan) will overlook the alleyway. Windows at the front elevation are oversized.
The project was previously dubbed ‘Elysium Rhode Island’ to avoid confusion with the same developer’s similarly named rental project on 14th Street. The Elysium Logan site was previously owned by developer Jim Abdo, who purchased it in 2001, envisioning first an 80-unit rental building, later a 70 unit condominium project for the site, but decided against moving forward. Abdo still owns 1400 14th Street at the corner of Rhode Island. The site is currently under development as office-apartment space.

Elysium Logan Pricing
Pricing is anticipated to be in the $1,200.00 to $1,300.00 per square foot range for larger units and more in the estimated range of $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 per square foot for smaller units, depending on unit specs, floor level and possibly release date. End pricing depends on the options purchasers select. Fees will be commensurate with the level of services offered and optional services selected.
