NEWPORT TOWER

Condos In Logan Circle DC

NEWPORT TOWER

1120 Rhode Island Avenue NW Washington, DC 20005

Newport Tower is a condo conversion from a 1889 Logan Circle mansion and physician’s office to eight 1 BR condo units. Newport Tower’s 5500 SF site was once home to Pollard’s Wood and Coal, one of the first lumber yards in the District of Columbia. The existing structure c. 1889 served as a physician’s office. Developers found many historical features intact and implemented them in the design of the new condominium, including heart of pine floors, fireplace mantels, stained glass and wood trim. Finishes include 12-14 foot ceilings throughout, original salvaged pine floors and fireplace mantels, custom kitchen cabinetry and marble bath tile. Amenities include a common roof deck.
