Parcel 9 Overview

Parcel 9 will be an 11 story, 82 unit luxury condo project including ground floor retail. The 227,000 square foot mixed-use building will be the sole condominium in The Wharf’s Phase II development. Planned are 8 studio units, a mix of 9 one bedroom and one bedroom + den units,  and an assortment of 65 two bedroom units, two bedroom + den units and three bedroom units.  The building is designed to offer superior views due to its height of 130 feet. It will be the tallest building on the Wharf’s east side, sited adjacent to open public space at M Street Landing.

Parcel 9 Features

Parcel 9 has been designed to compliment the curved architecture of Arena Stage and achieve prominence on the east side of The Wharf due to its height. The structure of glass and steel includes floors of of private, glassed balconies wrapped around the facade as well as exceptional views. Interior design features are not yet available. Please check back as the project moves toward the construction phase.
