This project is the first residential to complete in the new Wharf development and was developed by PN Hoffman apart from its Wharf partnership with Madison Marquette. The site, previously owned by St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church, was divided to finance new construction of the church, which will be rebuilt as part of the project. Features and finishes include quartz countertops, Porcelanosa cabinetry and bathroom vanities, Bosch appliances, engineered hardwood flooring in living areas, Porcelanosa bathroom floor and wall tile, Kohler, Grohe and Moen fixtures. In select units: 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and private rooftop terraces. Amenities include a residents’ Lounge with kitchenette and media services, landscaped courtyard with water feature, lobby coffee bar and complimentary Wi-Fi.
